Refund Policy

Delivered Orders

For delivered orders with issues (such as incorrect items, quality problems, or other concerns), we offer credits instead of refunds. These credits can be used for future orders on our platform. The amount of credit issued will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each case.

Please note that MealSlash is not liable for the faults of the delivery driver or delivery service (such as Uber Eats). Any issues related to the delivery itself should be directed to the respective delivery service.

Undelivered Orders

We provide full payment refunds in the following cases:

  • Orders that were never delivered
  • Orders that were cancelled before delivery
  • Orders that were cancelled by the restaurant before preparation
  • Orders that were cancelled due to restaurant closure or unavailability

In these cases, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. For any other undelivered order scenarios, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request Credits or Refund

If you believe you qualify for credits or a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us through our Discord server with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Date and time of order
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or evidence

Credit and Refund Processing

For approved credit requests, credits will be added to your account within 24-48 hours. These credits can be used for future orders on our platform and do not expire.

For approved refund requests, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
